We provide both appealing and simple to use customer interface. Your entire menu can be custom digitalized to your specifications. You will also have total control over your menu, price, and descriptions.

A unique URL is also provided for pickups, which will be placed in your social media handles through which Foodies can access your menu and place desired orders with desired service (takeaway). Moreover, we will also be boosting your service to Foodies via our online platform where you alongside other Foodie-partners will be displayed on the basis of cuisines, location, ratings, performance etc without any biases.

Foodie will be alerted at each stage of the process, including order acceptance, order rejection, and order cancellation on his account on our web/app platform. Moreover, Foodies details like phone number and location will be provided to you in our system which will let you personally verify those orders and make necessary communications too

No. It is entirely up to you whether to cancel. If the product/service is not available, you can cancel the order and refund the respective Foodie.

We provide the ranges of payment options from digital to cash on hand. Foodies can choose to pay from variety of options.

Yes, you can create any discount based upon your specification. You will also have a banner space on our interface where you can advertise those offers and discounts.

Yes, the Foodies are yours, and you have complete control over their information. On the Foodieplace dashboard, you can see your Foodie’s statistics as well as insights such as purchase decisions.

We provide a robust dashboard that allows you to foresee your business. You can also access reports such as daily transactions, settlements, and feedbacks, among other things. Furthermore, you will receive analytics of new and repeat user purchase behavior, top selling items, revenue, and other factors.

Online payments: In case of Online payments, we will have a cash cap which when reached, the money will be transferred to you. The cash cap will be finalized by our sales team with you. Market based transaction cost depending upon charges taken by different online payments will be deducted from this payment as online transaction charge. Don’t worry, the amount collected from digital payments will be displayed in your dashboard with order details etc. and is completely transparent. Offline payments: In case of offline payments, the service charge for each order will be deducted from the wallet amount that you have recharged to use our system. (Service charge depends upon the “Plan” chosen by you).
